1. Please ensure you double-check before sending the personalisation details, unfortunately, can not be refunded or exchanged.

2. When your custom print is ready, I will send it to you via email. You will receive a high resolution .jpg (A4 paper size) ready for print.

3. Print at home, at your local print shop or online. For best results, print on regular white card stock over 150gms heavier, instead of plain paper.

After you place the order, you need to send me 10-12 high resolution pictures. Pics taken from smart phones are ok as long as they are good quality. Final pics selected for the design will be at my discretion depending on aesthetics and design. once the final design is approved by you, i will get it framed and send it to you.

please note that i will be able to get the design approved by you a maximum of 2 times, before printing and framing.
